  • mashed chicken breast
  • tomato sauce
  • Fat free mozzarella cheese
  • Mushroom, capsicum

Instructions
 

  • Spray 0calorie oil spray on any oven tray
  • Spread themashed chicken on the tray like dough
  • Enter it atthe highest level
  • After makingsure that the chicken is cooked, put tomato sauce, cheese, mushrooms, andcapsicum, then return it to the oven.
